We offer Solutions with and without measurement of Speed. Generally Belt Conveyors run on fixed speed AC Motors, hence continuous 0 to 100% measurement of speed may not be necessary. It will suffice if only the variation in speed due to Supply frequency fluctuations are captured and used in the computation of FlowRate.
We offer this cost- effective and efficient solution for Weighing Raw Materials over Belt Conveyors specially in Mines, Minerals Processing Plants,Boiler Feeding Plants, Crushing Plants etc., where Maintenance could pose a major issue.
