RMC Plant Automation involves Weighing of Ingredients (Upto 7-9 materials), Batching them and conveying or discharging the batch to the Mixer.
Sumedha offers 2 configurations to perform the same :
1. PLC based with PC + Printer and necessary SCADA Software.
2. Android based Device (Mobile) which is connected to all Four Weigh Batch Controllers thro' BLUETOOTH, Captures and Stores all the variable data shown in the Print-out below and keeps a record of the same. Print-outs, Reports and Time based Charts and Graphs are generated.

Print-Out comprises of : Recipe required to be batched is Printed on Top.
Each performed Batch is printed in One Single Line as per above Ingredients.
Total of the Batch is Printed.
Subsequent batches are printed line by line.
Total for One TRANSIT MIXER is PRINTED : Total of each Material and Total Weight in One Transit Mixer.
Title Legend Name Address are entered thro' the Android Device or from PC/Laptop.
Date & Time are automatically updated from Host Platform.
DESK CONTROL PANEL houses : PLC + RELAYS, AUXILLARY, CONTACTORS + MCBs + OVERLOAD RELAYs + POWER OUTPUTs.
MULTI COLORED MIMIC + SCADA SCREEN + ANNUNCIATORS.
WEIGH BATCH CONTROLLERS for AGGREGATE + WATER + CEMENT + ADMIX.
